Darnell is suppose to bring down his baby sometime next month, I hope that all works out so that he can bring my granddaughter down here for me and her great-grandmom to see and spoil a little before she goes back to her mom. I have been talking with another government housing and I thought that I would have the place the only thing was that my UE check did not come in today because Monday was a holiday and the mail did not run. Well anyway I have been talking to her for a couple of days and it sound like she was working with me and told me by Monday. Now she tells me that she was working with another lady and who ever came up with the money first would get the place. She knew that I would have the UE money Thursday but she was not going to be in the office Thursday or Friday and decided that she did not want to wait until Monday to rent out the place so the other lady got the money first and she got the place so guess what I am going to the streets.
Don't know how much longer my luck for staying here will hold out the lady said that she should have another opening in about a week or two but that is not helping me right now. Now she tells me that I would need to come up with some more money since the apt is gas (which means that I pay the electric bill to them but they turn on the electric) instead of electric(which meant that they paid the electric bill)I don't know all I know is that I had enough money for this one that I lost. But in both I still need to paid that forgotten light bill before I can have cable or internet in the apt.
I lost the first government housing one because of the big light bill that I owed, because there I would have had to come up with that money plus the new deposit for lights which would be double for me because of that old light bill. I did get the doctor statement saying that I needed a pet for that one. Put I don't need it now since I can not move into that place. For that other government housing I can have one pet for a deposit so I need to find a good home for Frisky he loves staying outside so I need to find someone that I know (or so I hope) to take him but let me come a visit him. I am going to be keeping precious she is declawed and she is my life savior right now.
I don't know what is going be happen with my master's degree since I do not really have time to put into it right now. I am stressing about a place to live and I can not be stressing over so many things at once (even through I am stressing over everything). I talk with Tim my adviser and told him that right now I really need to be worrying about a place to live. I still need to hand out the surveys to MSU and finish collecting the rest.
The topping of the cake is that all the time that I was paying Monica's car insurance, cell phone bill and all the rest of the bill because she told me that she will not ask her boyfriend for nothing. Well guess what I had shut off her cell phone and stopped paying for her car insurance NOW she has asked her boyfriend to get her a cell phone and to paid for her car insurance. But she does not feel that she has the right to ask her boyfriend for some money to help me out even through she owes me more then I will ever owe her.

I have lost my beloved sheriee (the picture of the cat in my last post) a few weeks back.
Scott and Nita baby is due next month, and now Darnell tells me that I am a grandmother of his baby girl. Wow two granddaugthers I can not ask for more but to get to see them of course.
I have been on medical leave do corporeal tunnel and the worker comp for Burger King is not wanting to pay for the sugery that I need so I had to hire a lawyer so that I can get the surgery done and get back to work.

SherbieI do have corporeal tunnel in my right wrist and Burger King is paying for the surgery. I have been taken off work and I do hope that I have the surgery soon I am in a lot of pain.
I have finally gotten the approval to go ahead with my survery. I am getting started on that now by printing out all the surveys to take to the places that agreed to take the survey for me. I have only gotten criminal justice and librarians to take the survey so I had to redo my research question and hypothesis to fit those two groups.

I believe that I have corporeal tunnel in my right wrist. I have an appoint with Dr. Fullbright on the 22 to fine out for sure (thanks to the Angel Clinic). Burger King had put me on leave of absence because of the limitations with the right wrist. I have called Burger King's head office and told them that I am able to work the registers,wipe table with my left hand. It took a while but I was able to go back to work with my limitations however, work is only giving me 9 hours a week. While little does Burger King know that if Dr. Fullbright or Dr. King (appoint July 20) says that the corporeal tunnel is do to work Burger King will not only be picking up my bills, but they will also be paying for the surgery and paying me back pay for the weeks I missed and whatever I can made them pay for. The appoint with Dr. King will be sticking needles in my right wrist to see how damage the nerves are.
Monica is really pissing me off she knows how stress I am because of the working hours and I do understand that she does not want to mess up her SSI BUT she can do something and get paid under the table to help me out. She has told me that I need to get a deep freezer by August because a friend of hers is giving her a half of a pig. Well lets see what I had gotten, oh yeah her bed, a stove, a refrigerate, new keyboard and mouse, underwear, things for her false teeth, a flat screen tv and stand, couch and chairs, things for the kitchen, paid her sister back the $500 that she owed, pay for her car insurance and tags, pay for her cell phone, pay all the bills. and a washer/dryer set and if that is not enough she wants me to buy a deep freezer. I went into debt to get the stuff for the house. I am behind one month with the two loans I have because Burger King would not allow me to work I really need to get those up to date so that I will not lose my things. She had taken some things back to Wal-Mart that I had brought and I don't know what she has done with the money she sure in the hell did not give it to me. She has an appoint with her lawyer (in Paducah) sometime this month and is looking to me to give her the gas money to go she had better hope that she has that money that she had gotten back from Wal-Mart. Oh yeah I had paid for her bound checks. She needs to tell her friend to bring a deep freezer with him. She goes out of her way to help out her friends, sadly she does not go out of her way to help the one that is paying for everything. The light bill is past due and she is wanting me to find a way to pay for it so that she will not lose her time playing on her computer all day. Ok I will stop now for it goes on and on.
I am on my last leg in getting the thesis sent to the IRB board for their approval. I have sites set up for my surveys. Then I will take my surveys and analysis the data and then write chapters four and five.
My right wrist is hurting which is a sign to get off the comupter. Thanks for listening.

Scott and Nita called me yesterday and told that they are having a baby girl. She is 4 1/2 months along.
Getting people to write out the letter of consent to give my survey is really a pain in the butt. But I am slowly but surely getting it all done. Those letters are all I am waiting on to send my thesis off to the IRB board for their approval to my survey.

Scott called me today and told me that I am going to be a GRANDMOTHER in about 6 to 7 months. I am so happy. I do hope that Nita has a little girl and so does Nita. So way is it shocking news because Nita had told me that she did not want any children. I talked to her on the phone and she did say that she was happy to become a mother so I am so happy that she had changed her mind about having a baby. I know that Scott was wanting two kids.
I am still working on the thesis paper trying to clean up some of the writings. My chairperson had wanted me to make some points more clearer and I need to work on the questions some more. So I did clear up some of the problems that he had pointed out and tomorrow I will work on the questions. Wednesday starts the next class which would be my last class and that is finishing up chapters four and five.

I have moved out of my apartment and moved in with a friend to save money, well I will save some money when she gets her SSI. As for now I am paying all the bills which may not be so bad if Burger King as not cut my hours so much. I was doing okay until the paycheck on the 7th which was only $197 and it was not near enough to pay all the bill. Her bills are due by the 12th so I had to go back to the cash places to get the money to pay the bill and hope that I have a nicer paycheck on the 22nd to pay them back. On the other hand all the bills are paid but I still on $60 for the phone/cable/internet and I still have the loan place (which is a once a month payment) and the car insurance that is also due on the 22nd.
Been very busy working on the class that I had taken an "I" so that I can get a grade.
lin4gondor has been helping me with the thesis. It seemed that I had been bais in some of my comments. So now I have to go through the chapters and make sure that nothing sounds bais. My thesis is on the "Patriot Act" and how it does in my view (as well as many others that I have found)infinges on our constitutional rights. After I finish up this class I will move on to CJ601 and working on the last two chapters of my Thesis and than if everything seems in place I will have my master degree. - Location:home

Well my chairperson is having me rework some on each chapter mainly chapter two the literature review. So I must take an incomplete for the class since I will not be able to rework the chapters, have the oral conference to defend my topic, and get IBM appoval all by September 9 when the class ends. So what I will be doing is work along with the homework that I would have with the last class that I must take and then I hope that all will be done so that I can move onto the Thesis II class and finish.
Sunday was a really bad day for me. I had gotten a really bad migraine headache and started to throw up. I had called friends to take me to the hospital but could not get a whole of anyone. I had called work and told them that I am trying to find a ride to the hopsital because I will not drive when my head hurts this bad. Anywhy two of my bosses from BK had came and picked me up and drive me the hospital and then picked me up when I was released to go home. So I did not need a doctor excuess they knew that I was sick and would not be able to work Monday.

My printer is not working and I have no idea why for it is a new printer. It does make it harder to redo my papers when
lin4gondor edits them for me. I do find it easier to print out the paper to make the corrections needed, Now that the printer is not working I go back and fourth and even have to write down paragraph by paragraph to edit the papers it is a pain in the ass and it takes longer. I have chapter one done and just waiting on chapters two and three and then I send them to my chairperson and if he okays the chapters I then need to fill out the IBM papers and send in the chapters for the IBM approval. I must have their approval before I can even think about doing the thesis two class. After this thesis one class is over I will have one other class that must be taken before I go on to the thesis two class which is where I do the survey and defend my topic. For the survey I am going to use the monkey test which my adviser had told me about. Only I need to figure out how to do it.

I am still working on my thesis I have only a few more article to go through and write a summary on it. Chapters one and three the chairperson has accepted I am working on chapter two.
lin4gondor was nice enough to check out the chapters that I have already done to make sure that they sound good. This thesis is going to be published so it really needs to written right. As soon as she send those back and I hope that she would be able to edit chapter two for I need to turn them into the chairperson and then submit them to the IBA for approval. My first chapter was accepted. I had done chapter three and send in and he wanted me to add some more to it I have done that a send it back and now I am just waiting for approval so that I can go on to chapter two which is the lit. review. So this is going to take a while to do.

What I need to know if you all know what that Patriot Act is and the provisions for the act. Secondly if you know what it is about I need to know what you think about the Patriot Act (if you feel that it was a good legislaton move or if you feel that it is a violation of your 4th Amendment and so forth) and if you don't know what the Patriot Act is I need to know that too. Third I need to know what state you live in.

Should the juvenile court be abolished?
I know that it has been a while since I have been here. I have been very busy with school work. I am doing a term paper on the juvenile jusice court system. I have put up a post for yes or no answer. If anyone answers I really need to know why you feel the answer is yes or no.
